Design Review
Please note, the landscape application process may take up to 60 days from the time that an application is initially submitted to the time that approval is received. This time can be reduced by providing plans that meet District requirements on the initial submission. Please make use of the Initial Rear Yard Landscape Checklist below to confirm that all requirements for plantings or additional information have been included with your plan. Complete landscape design review applications submitted by the first and third Wednesday of the month will be submitted for review by the Design Review Committee on the first and third Friday of the month.
